The Social Research Division in the Department of Internal Sections Affairs at Al-Qadisiyah University organized an awareness seminar entitled
(Enhancing Diversity and Harmony in the Work Environment)).

In the reading hall in the female students’ housing complex, in the presence of the head of the Social Research Division, a group of female employees and students, the social researcher of the complex, and the head of the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the internal sections.
The symposium addressed the importance of peaceful coexistence and acceptance of others, the types of societal differences that lead to a lack of acceptance of others, how to deal with them, and how to work as one team. The symposium also gained the interaction and appreciation of all the students who participated in the purposeful dialogue and scientific discussions.
