The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Administration and Economics at Al-Qadisiyah University, in collaboration with the Iraqi Red Crescent Society Forum in Diwaniyah, held a workshop on first aid for students, introducing them to the Red Crescent Society, its principles, and the active role it plays for the most vulnerable groups in society. Additionally, the workshop trained students to provide first aid for situations such as fainting, electric shock, and others.
The workshop recommended the necessity of educating the teaching and administrative staff and students on the principles of first aid, ensuring they are knowledgeable about these principles to handle any emergency situations that may arise, God forbid.
