Under the sponsorship of Professor Dr. Kazem Jaber Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fattah, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Department of Physiology, Pharmacology, and Biochemistry at the College of Veterinary Medicine organized a seminar titled “The Main Causes of Decreased Fat Burning and Metabolism in the Body,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Sabri Jawad.
The seminar aimed to identify the main causes of decreased fat burning and metabolism in the body and included discussions on the relationship between decreased fat burning and factors such as hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, vitamin D deficiency, iron deficiency, as well as aging and decreased physical activity. The seminar recommended following precise scientific methods for diagnosing the cause and treating it.
