Under the sponsorship of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Kazem Jaber Al-Jubouri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Dentistry, Al-Qadisiyah University, organized an awareness campaign on the occasion of the 16 Days of Activism Against Violence Against Women.
The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the phenomenon of violence against women by providing guidance, distributing awareness brochures, and discussing the various types of violence against women and its effects on women’s and families’ mental and physical health. The campaign also focused on identifying the different forms of violence and their causes, in addition to reviewing ways to prevent this phenomenon.
