Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jaber Al-Jubouri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Kazem Nuweir Al-Zubaidi, the Department of Art Education organized a workshop for a number of students in the college courtyard, supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mohammed. The workshop focuses on painting nature, especially since the environment is a rich topic that inspires painters to create works that reflect it.
The workshop aimed to encourage students to develop their skills using oil paints and some other colors in painting nature, as well as to draw cultural and intellectual inspiration from artistic topics that enrich taste, considering the unique characteristics of Iraqi heritage and environment, which can be artistically processed and expressed through the students’ abilities.
