As part of the activities of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, the College of Veterinary Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University completes a scientific session on the important techniques for diagnosing protein, its molecular weight and quantity in cells.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, and on the occasion of the World Entrepreneurship Week, the College of Veterinary Medicine completed a scientific seminar entitled (How to determine the protein, its molecular weight, and its true expression in cells), in which Assistant Professor Dr. Hazem Karim Nasser lectured. The seminar aimed to introduce the basics of the techniques used, especially the Western Blot technique. It also included how to choose the protein and identify it in scientific banks before studying the type of that protein. It recommended the necessity of following accurate scientific methods in the event that a scientific project related to a specific protein was chosen that has an important and special effect on a specific scientific experiment.
