Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Hussein Falah Ward, and as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week activities, the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences, in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration, organized a dialogue workshop on the connection between entrepreneurial ideas and their relationship with small projects. The workshop topics were presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Qisma Saber Awad and Lecturer Dr. Hamida Ghjeer Jrimkh.

The workshop included an introduction to small businesses, as they represent an evolving field for improving marketing and productive skills, based on the significant and prominent role of entrepreneurship in developing the ideas and capabilities of these projects to become successful business ventures. Entrepreneurship is the main driving force in developing private projects, helping to ensure their success and sustainability, and is the pathway for small projects to rise to become large and significant enterprises. Entrepreneurship means competing in the field, innovating new plans, and managing them to increase demand for the product and ensure it gains popularity among other products.

The workshop also included a presentation of entrepreneurial projects that shape the future of Iraq, serving as examples of how innovative youth projects can reach the level of successful entrepreneurial projects in other countries, contributing to improving the reality of the Iraqi economy.
