As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, the College of Education at Al-Qadisiyah University conducted a training course on the importance of developing soft skills

Under the sponsorship of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Star Hamid Hamza Al-Janabi, a training course titled “The Importance of Developing Soft Skills for Educators and Graduate Students to Create a Successful Work Environment” was held in the Department of English at the College of Education, Al-Qadisiyah University, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Jalil Abdul Jalil. The course addressed the importance of developing soft skills among educators and graduate students to create a successful work environment, explaining that the term “soft skills” refers to topics related to management and human relations in people’s lives in general and in the work environment in particular. Examples of these skills include motivation, appreciation, participation, communication, teamwork, adaptability, objectivity, negotiation, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
