Within the activities of the Global Leadership Week, the College of Archeology at Al-Qadisiyah University organizes a scientific lecture on the basic principles of human rights.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sattar Al-Fatlawi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Archeology, Assistant Professor Dr. Rajwan Faisal Al-Mayali, the College of Archeology at Al-Qadisiyah University organized, in conjunction with the Global Entrepreneurship Week, a lecture entitled (Basic Principles of Human Rights), in which Professor Alaa Abdul-Kazem Hadi gave a lecture. The lecture initially dealt with the establishment of the Human Rights Organization and how it developed until it reached what it is today. After that, the lecturer discussed human rights, its pros and cons, and reviewed the legal steps required to obtain rights, such as demanding demonstrations to lift injustice from a certain segment according to a specific decision. The lecturer also highlighted the effective role of the organization in addressing issues that threaten society, such as drug abuse, and its role as an institution in finding effective solutions to these problems
