Active participation of the College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University in the Fifth International Conference held in Erbil Governorate

The Fifth International Scientific Conference of the Legal Research Center in the Ministry of Justice was held in the Kurdistan Region- Iraq at the Erbil International Hotel. It included scientific and academic personalities from Algeria, Lebanon, the Emirates, Palestine, France, Oman, Canada, China and Iraqi universities
An active participation of the College of Law was through the participation of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Nizam Jabbar Talib and the Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies
Prof. Dr. The Jabbar regime demanded the presentation of the research tagged (the effect of the emerging federation in Iraq on the private international law) and chaired the sixth session of the tagged conference (inter -studies in private law). Dr. Nizam obtained a certificate of appreciation from the Minister of Justice in the region for his active participation
Prof. Dr. Adnan Urgent Obaid by submitting the tagged research (the extent of the constitutional lawsuit with the civil lawsuit in Iraq) and chaired the second session of the conference tagged (legal, social and political studies).
Also shared by M. Ali Abdel -Sada Jaez with joint research tagged (after the emerging federation in Iraq on private international law) and attended all the conference sessions and obtained a certificate of appreciation submitted by the Minister of Justice in the region
On the sidelines of the conference, the Minister of Justice was met in the Kurdistan region, Professor Farrat Ahmed Abdullah, and ways of scientific cooperation were discussed in legal issues of common concern.
