Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Prof. Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, the College of Veterinary Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University held a workshop entitled (Human and Animal Rights and Bioethics). The workshop was presented by Prof. Dr. Ali Hassan Dagher. The workshop addressed the ethical issues related to human and animal rights and the importance of promoting bioethics in scientific research and policies. Among the most important results are enhancing awareness of bioethics and the need to spread awareness among researchers about the importance of adhering to ethics in dealing with humans and animals in various research fields, as well as updating curricula and including topics of human and animal rights and bioethics in the curricula for students.
