Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dhurgham Majeed Al-Fatlawi, the Women’s Affairs Unit held a symposium entitled (The Role of Working Women in Social Development and Its Relationship to Their Professional Performance), in which Dr. Dalal Zamat lectured. The symposium aimed to identify the role of working women in development and clarify the personal characteristics of working women as an effective driver for advancing the process of economic and social development and the characteristics of urban women in terms of their cognitive, cultural and behavioral abilities, and to identify their attitudes towards prevailing societal issues and the factors that affected the formation of these characteristics in a way that constitutes their role in the development process.
