Within the activities of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, a scientific workshop was held at the College of Arts at Al-Qadisiyah University on leadership and effective management of projects.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nabil Omran Al-Khalidi, Dean of the College of Arts, the College of Arts held a scientific workshop entitled (Leadership and Effective Management of Projects and How to Build Work Teams – Making Strategic Decisions in Time Management) in which Prof. Dr. Talib Abdul-Ridha Kitan lectured and the session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Salah Kazem Jaber. The workshop aimed to define the concept of leadership and management and the difference between them and develop team spirit for effective work within the framework of visions and values ​​of leadership ethics that have a great impact in building confidence and strengthening the self to confront and solve problems. The workshop came out with a set of recommendations, including teaching students how to take the role of a leader at the level of their families or in daily life situations, training students to manage their life affairs and organize time to manage them according to well-studied plans, and how to make decisions away from individual mood and superiority, especially when exposed to an urgent situation
