Under the auspices of Professor Dr. Kazem Jabir Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Bashir Shakir Al-Awadi, Dean of the College, the Women’s Affairs Unit, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, held an awareness workshop titled “Clarifying the Rights and Duties of Female Employees According to the Laws Related to Public Employment and University Service.” The workshop featured presentations by M.M. Samira Ghasi Ajel and Ms. Astbarq Ali Karim, with the session moderated by M.M. Bayan Najm Abd.
The workshop aimed to introduce the role of female employees in general and the role of university service employees in particular, as they are considered an important element in the administrative and educational process in universities, as well as to familiarize participants with the State Employees Disciplinary Law No. (14) of 1991.
