The College of Archaeology at Al-Qadisiyah University organizes a scientific workshop on updated performance evaluation forms

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sattar Al-Fatlawi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Archeology, Assistant Professor Dr. Rajwan Faisal Al-Mayali, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division at the College of Archeology organized a workshop entitled (Updated Performance Evaluation Forms for the Academic Year 2023/2024), in which Asst. Dr. Farqan Alaa Al-Din Badr lectured. The workshop dealt with the topic of updating data related to evaluating the performance of college members, including lecturers and employees, for the academic year 2023/2024, as the workshop focused on a detailed presentation of the information that must be filled out in the performance evaluation forms for lecturers, including university leaders, administrative lecturers, lecturers, and part-time lecturers. The performance evaluation forms for employees in the technical, administrative, and craft categories were also discussed. The amendments and additions made to the performance evaluation forms for the academic year 2023/2024 were also highlighted, with a brief presentation of the procedural steps that must be followed to ensure that the evaluation process proceeds optimally and within the specified time frame.
