The College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University holds a scientific workshop on the skills of analyzing judicial rulings

The Graduate Studies Department, in cooperation with the Private Law Department and within the training program for graduate students’ skills in the research phase, held a scientific workshop entitled (Judicial Ruling Analysis Skills), in which Prof. Dr. Nizam Jabbar Talib lectured. The workshop aimed to show that the analysis carried out by the researcher is an introduction to the quality of judicial rulings, which legal jurisprudence defined as a specialized practice of a process that combines the theoretical and practical aspects; to analyze the influential elements of the judicial ruling, through specialized skills and tools, and a specific and specific methodology that he chooses; to achieve a significant interest and goal. The research also included a presentation of the importance of analyzing judicial rulings, and a statement of the areas in which the analysis process lies in terms of the nature of the judicial ruling, its source, type, parts and uses. The workshop recommended the need for researchers to pay attention to analyzing judicial rulings, whether old or modern, in order for legal research to show the areas of quality or weakness in the legal text
