Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Durgham Majid Al-Fatlawi, the College of Nursing at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a valuable training course titled “Essential Care for Children.” The course was presented by Dr. Dalaal Zamaat and Assistant Lecturer Ali Kazem.
The course aimed to raise awareness of the importance of health and psychological care for children and to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to interact with children correctly and effectively, contributing to the development of a healthy and psychologically sound generation.
The course covered a wide range of important topics relevant to parents, teachers, and educators alike, highlighting how to interact with children, maintain their psychological safety, understand children’s language through their writings and drawings, and address behavioral issues in children such as aggression and developmental problems, along with ways to find appropriate solutions to them.
