Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and supervised by Professor Dr. Durgham Majid Al-Fatlawi, Dean of the Nursing College, the Women’s Affairs Unit organized a seminar on “Legal Skills in Applying the Social Security Law,” presented by Dr. Dalal Zamat and Ms. Aftan Ghani.
The seminar aimed to understand the nature of social security and the Iraqi legislation issued regarding the Social Security Law, highlighting the legal skills that must be followed to apply the Social Security Law in a way that avoids legal violations and circumvention of applicable laws to benefit from this law and close the loopholes that may be exploited by those attempting to circumvent the laws.
