As part of a series of scientific and practical cooperation agreed upon between the College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University and the esteemed Presidency of the Al-Qadisiyah Court of Appeals, and with the desire to increase legal awareness in real practical settings and the college’s intention to immerse its students in the courtrooms and public sessions, the College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a practical scientific visit to the courtrooms, accompanied by Professor Dr. Muhammad Jabbar Talib and Professor Haidar Abdul Hadabi, along with a number of male and female students from the college.
The students were informed about the proceedings inside the esteemed Criminal Court, the Appeals Board, and the Misdemeanor Court, and listened to practical advice and explanations from the respected judges and the honorable public prosecutor, as well as student interventions on the cases that were resolved before them.
