The Human Rights Unit at the College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a cultural symposium entitled (Identifying the components of organizational knowledge exchange among people with disabilities and special needs in engineering and studying its impact on psychological empowerment) in the Continuing Education Unit Hall, attended by M.M. Nadia Kazim Awad. The symposium aimed to identify the conceptual framework of organizational knowledge and its role in raising professional efficiency among people with special needs by presenting the concept of organizational knowledge in terms of its importance, types, management components, and its role in raising professional efficiency. The symposium demonstrated the role of organizational knowledge and its importance among people with special needs in engineering in raising their professional efficiency, as it motivates them and supports communication between them, and it also allows a kind of cooperation in work between them and makes them share good practices with each other. This requires attention to developing organizational knowledge models and ways to manage them and using information and communications technology to facilitate the processes of teaching and learning and transferring organizational experience among them, as this enables them to access organizational knowledge and exchange it among themselves.
