The seminar addressed three main topics: the first topic related to the organizational process of security permit procedures, where a request and an official correspondence are submitted to the Security Permits Office by the requesting entity. Following that, the form is filled out, and a commitment is made by the person concerned with the permit request according to the required purpose. Subsequently, the procedures are completed, and the relevant authorities are contacted to obtain the permit, informing the requesting entity of the final response.
The second topic covered the purposes and categories included in the permit and security verification. It clarified the purposes that fall under the permit and security verification, highlighting the individuals included, as well as specifying the timeframes for the validity of the permit and security verification, each according to the level of access to and handling of confidential documents.
The third topic focused on how to fill out the data and record the information on the security permit forms. Attendees were informed about the mechanism for filling out the forms and commitments related to the security permit and verification, explaining the meaning of each required piece of information and data.
