The Department of Mechanical Engineering at the College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a scientific seminar titled “Applied Graduate Studies Between Reality and Ambition in Iraq” in the Continuous Education Unit hall, presented by Assistant Prof. Dr. Nabil Thamer Shlal.
The seminar aimed to develop the skills and practical knowledge that students need to apply in a real work environment, focusing on applying theories and academic concepts to solve practical problems and improve performance in various professional fields.
The seminar included an overview of the obstacles and challenges facing applied graduate studies in Iraq and how to overcome them to build a proper educational environment and future aspirations.
The seminar concluded with the necessity of supporting scientific research in applied fields, developing partnerships with both the public and private sectors, and establishing twinning with international universities to enhance the efficiency of applied graduate studies in the country.
