The College of Administration and Economics at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific seminar titled “Security Auditing in Academic Institutions: A Legal Perspective,” presented by Assistant Prof. Dr. Walid Hassan Hamid, Lecturer Ali Noor Mahdi, and Ms. Suad Saadi Mohammed.
The seminar aimed to clarify security auditing and security clearance for all university staff and the categories covered by it, as well as the work of the security clearance office at the university presidency.
The seminar concluded that security auditing and clearance are of great importance in achieving and enhancing institutional security within academic institutions, including universities and their various colleges. The seminar recommended that there be cooperation and understanding among all university departments and colleges to overcome obstacles and achieve university security at Al-Qadisiyah University.
