The College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University held, within the program of training the skills of graduate students in the research phase, a scientific workshop entitled (Approved Research Methods in Legal Research), in which Asst. Prof. Dr. Sinan Abdul Hamza Tayeh lectured and the workshop was managed by Asst. Dr. Ali Hamza Jabr
The workshop aimed to introduce the most important legal research methods adopted in university theses and dissertations. The workshop concluded that choosing the accurate method that matches the topic of the thesis or dissertation is the first step to success in the researcher’s mission. The workshop recommended the need for accuracy in choosing the research method in the thesis or dissertation, and the need to review modern experiences in the field of scientific methods used in the framework of legal research
