Professor Dr. Wissam Faleh Jaber has published a research paper titled “The Effect of Slow-Tempo Movement Training on the Maximal Strength of Working Muscles and Deadlift Performance among Young Powerlifters.” The study appeared in the high-impact, Scopus-indexed journal (Q2) *Natural Resources for Human Health*.

The study investigated a modern slow-tempo movement training method aimed at enhancing maximal strength in powerlifters, specifically for the deadlift exercise. The research was prompted by the researcher’s observations of stagnant performance levels among powerlifters, despite the use of traditional training methods that typically employ a single movement tempo at natural speeds.
