Two faculty members from the Department of Accounting at the College of Administration and Economics, Al-Qadisiyah University—Professor Dr. Qasim Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ba’aj and Assistant Professor Ahmed Mahdi Hadi—have published a book titled *Accounting Theory*. Produced in collaboration with Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Al-Basha from Al-Turath University and reviewed by Professor Dr. Talal Al-Jajjawi, the book was released by the House of Books (Dar Al-Kutub) in Holy Karbala.
The book comprises 12 chapters, each presenting its material comprehensively to ensure student understanding and comprehension. It introduces the subject matter of accounting theory in a simplified and clear manner, catering to both accounting students and those interested in the field. The authors employed language accessible to students, addressing the fact that accounting theory is often perceived as a difficult subject to grasp.
