Assistant Lecturer Radwan Ali Katea, a faculty member at the College of Dentistry at Al-Qadisiyah University, published a scientific research paper (a review study) in collaboration with researchers from the universities of Al-Hilla and Mosul. The paper is titled “Green Synthesis of Isoxazole Derivatives Using Recoverable Nanoparticles: A Significant Advance or an Overly Complex Alternative to Simpler Non-Magnetic Systems?” It was published in the journal *Chemistry Africa*—part of the global publishing house Springer Nature—which is indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
The research critically examines the use of magnetically recoverable nanocatalysts in the green synthesis of pharmacologically important isoxazole derivatives, focusing on cycloaddition reactions, multicomponent reactions, and condensation pathways.
