The College of Veterinary Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University organizes an awareness campaign and distributes informational posters to raise awareness about the dangers of suicide.

Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul-Amir Abdul-Fattlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, and as part of its series of activities aimed at spreading optimism and hope for a bright future, the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit, in cooperation with the Educational Guidance Unit, organized an awareness campaign that included distributing educational posters under the title “A Day of Hope for a Bright Future.” The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the dangers of drugs and smoking, including their impact on mental health, the nervous system, social behavior, and academic or professional achievement. It also aimed to raise awareness about the causes of suicide, such as depression, psychological stress, social isolation, trauma, and family problems.
