Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Nabil Imran Musa Al-Khalidi, the College of Arts held a practical seminar entitled “Challenges Towards Sustainable Development Projects.” The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Salah Kadhim Jaber and moderated by Professor Dr. Muayyad Fahim. The seminar aimed to highlight the potential of volunteer campaigns and contributions to completing stalled projects. For example, participating in city clean-up campaigns could open up broad opportunities for investment in waste recycling as an economic project. Similarly, agricultural and afforestation campaigns and the establishment of parks could lead to investment in planting fruit trees, the maintenance of which provides an economic return.
