The President of Al-Qadisiyah University receives the President of the General Authority for Antiquities to discuss prospects for joint cooperation.

The President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Prof. Dr. Kazim Jabr Al-Jubouri, received in his office the President of the General Authority for Iraqi Antiquities, Dr. Ali Obaid Shalgam, to discuss prospects for joint cooperation. The meeting, which was attended by the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sattar Abdul Hassan Al-Fatlawi, the Dean of the College of Archaeology, Assistant Professor Dr. Rajwan Faisal Al-Mayali, and the Head of the Antiquities Inspectorate in Diwaniyah, Mr. Rasool Muhammad, discussed the joint activities that Al-Qadisiyah University is expected to implement this year in cooperation with the College of Archaeology, as these activities include international conferences, workshops, seminars and joint lectures between the two parties. The Scientific Assistant also accompanied the honorable guests on a field tour of the Museum of Antiquities and Heritage affiliated with the University Presidency to view the archaeological collections and finds it contains.
