Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Nizam Jabbar Talib, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Law, as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week activities, held a scientific seminar entitled “Law Graduates and Smart Entrepreneurship: How to Start Your Project, Choose Your Opportunity, and Legally Secure It.” The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Abdul-Mahdi Kadhim Nasser, Assistant Professor Dr. Lubna Abdul-Hussein Issa Al-Saidi, and Lecturer Haider Salah Gateh, in cooperation with the College of Law and Politics at Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq University. The seminar aimed to empower law graduates to transition from graduation ideas to business ideas by explaining the concept of smart entrepreneurship in the legal field and introducing graduates to how to utilize artificial intelligence tools to discover available opportunities in the legal services market and formulate a practical business model that begins with realistic steps and optimizes opportunity selection based on actual needs.
