Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Salwan Ali Obaid Al-Hamzawi, the College of Science at Al-Qadisiyah University, under the slogan “From Mesopotamia… Ideas Take Flight,” held a workshop as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week Festival. The workshop, titled “Strategies for Psychological Support and Enhancement in Reducing Job Burnout,” was presented by Assistant Lecturer Noor Kadhim Khashan.
The workshop aimed to introduce the concept of job burnout, identify its causes, explore the relationship between job burnout and employee mental health, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations, including adopting strategies to reduce job burnout among higher education employees, encouraging workshops and seminars to alleviate psychological burdens and avoid excessive pressure on employees, and emphasizing a balanced work-life balance.
