Professors from the College of Agriculture at Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Haider Abbas Dreibi and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Sabah Al-Hassan, published a scientific research paper entitled “How Governance Affects Agricultural Productivity in Iraq” in the Sarhad Journal of Agriculture. The research examined the impact of governance on agricultural productivity in Iraq during the period from 2003 (Q1) to 2024 (Q4), relying on six key governance indicators: freedom of expression and accountability, political stability, government effectiveness, regulatory quality, rule of law, and control of corruption. The study utilized the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. It is worth noting that the Sarhad Journal of Agriculture is ranked in the third quartile (Q3), has a CiteScore of 1.2, and is published by ResearchersLinks Ltd.
