The Department of Roads and Transportation Engineering at the College of Engineering, Al-Qadisiyah University, organized a specialized training course entitled “Information Security and Privacy in the Digital Age.” The course was held in the Continuing Education Hall and presented by Eng. Rasha Muthanna Jamil.
The course aimed to highlight the increasing security challenges in cyberspace and ways to protect personal and institutional data from cyberattacks. It also covered several key topics, including the concept of digital security, introducing participants to the fundamentals of data encryption, account protection, digital privacy, and how to handle sensitive data and prevent its leakage across various platforms.
