Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and the supervision of Professor Dr. Dirgham Majeed Hamid Al-Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Nursing, the College of Nursing held a scientific workshop on the Iraqi National Security Strategy (Iraq First) 2025-2030. The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Kadhim Hatout and Assistant Lecturer Surour Ahmed Jassim. The workshop aimed to highlight the Iraqi National Security Strategy and explain the reasons for its development. It also addressed the role of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in developing this strategy, particularly the research teams at Al-Qadisiyah University and the specific contributions of the College of Nursing.
The workshop further discussed the role of all institutions in implementing this strategy within the specified timeframes, adopting a comprehensive and realistic approach that considers all challenges and obstacles that may accompany its implementation, whether local or external.
