Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Hussein Falah Ward, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Administration and Economics held a scientific workshop on “Work-Life Balance: Time Management for Professional and Financial Advancement.” The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturers Ahlam Maktoof Alwan, Shrouq Hamoud Abdul-Hassan, and Rasel Hazem Hilal.
The workshop aimed to promote the concept of work-life balance and its importance for mental and professional health, empower participants with effective time management skills, reduce wasted time, and help them clearly define their professional and personal priorities.
