Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Sattar Abdul-Hassan Al-Fatlawi, and with the follow-up of the Director of the Science and Technology Parks Department, Professor Dr. Waqas Ghalib Atshan, the Science and Technology Parks Department – Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Division – held an educational workshop entitled “The Importance of Job Interviews and Their Management.” The workshop was presented by:
– Dr. Wael Fadhil Aziz
– Mr. Mohammed Hamoudi Kadhim
– Mr. Osama Hadi Saleh. The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of job interviews, the preparation required by the applicant, how to answer questions during the interview, and how to be evaluated by the employer. The workshop topics included: selecting the most suitable candidate, assessing practical skills, and measuring cultural compatibility.
The workshop is part of the importance of job applicants preparing for employment, answering questions honestly and frankly, and demonstrating self-confidence.
