Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Sattar Hamid Hamza Al-Janabi, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the college held a scientific seminar entitled “The University Student Discipline Law.” The seminar was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Khalid Abu Jassim Abd and Lecturer Muhammad Fahim Al-Fawadi. The seminar addressed the most prominent articles of the Student Discipline Law and the mechanisms for interaction within the university campus. It also emphasized the necessity of adhering to proper university conduct, refraining from promoting extremist ideas or movements, and the need to combat all forms of intellectual and behavioral extremism. Furthermore, the seminar discussed students’ rights and responsibilities, and the most important regulations that must be followed to maintain a safe and organized university environment that contributes to supporting the educational process.
