A select group of faculty and students from the College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University participated in the Iraqi Commercial Arbitration Forum 2025 in Baghdad, as part of the second edition of Iraqi Arbitration Week. This forum is one of the most prominent national events specializing in developing arbitration skills and resolving commercial disputes in Iraq. The forum witnessed the presence of international and national experts specializing in commercial arbitration and dispute resolution mechanisms. Discussions focused on the latest legal trends, practical applications, and the challenges facing the arbitration environment in Iraq and the region. The College of Law’s participation in this important event underscores its commitment to enhancing its students’ presence in academic and professional forums, integrating theory with practical application, and expanding its network of academic and professional relationships with institutions and experts working in the field of commercial arbitration.
