The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Education, Al-Qadisiyah University, organized an educational course entitled “Women’s Empowerment and Gender Equality,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Fatima Saeed Hamza. The course addressed several key topics, most notably the concept of gender equality, the importance of empowering women in various scientific and professional fields, and the challenges facing women in society, as well as ways to address them through raising awareness, implementing supportive legislation, and creating a fair and inclusive educational and professional environment.
