In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, the President of Al-Qadisiyah University participated in the ceremony honoring the winners of the third edition of the Higher Education Reading Award.
The President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Sattar Hamid Al-Janabi, and the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Professor Dr. Sami Bashir Al-Hasnawi, along with the winning student from our university (Adhraa Kadhim Abdul Hussein / College of Education / Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, second year, evening studies), participated in the central ceremony organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to honor the students who won the third edition of the Higher Education Reading Award for the year 2025. The ceremony was also attended by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, senior faculty members, the head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, presidents of Iraqi universities, and deans of colleges.

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, concluded the celebration by taking commemorative photos with the winning students and members of the ministerial organizing committee, appreciating their efforts in preparation and organization and congratulating all participants on their well-deserved victory.
