Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Bashir Shaker Al-Awadi, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the college held a training course entitled “Leadership and Empowerment: Guiding Female Graduates to the Private Sector Job Market.” The course was presented by Professor Dr. Haider Karim and Assistant Professor Dr. Ru’a Abbas Asyoud.
The course aimed to enhance female graduates’ understanding of the requirements and characteristics of the private sector job market, develop their entrepreneurial skills and ability to analyze career opportunities, and support participants in developing their professional identities and building resumes.
