Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Nabil Omran Al-Khalidi, the College of Arts held a workshop entitled “Introducing the Human Resources System and Its Importance in Developing Functional and Administrative Performance in Educational Institutions.” Lecturers included Asst. Tamadur Razzaq Abbas and Ms. Zainab Salah Hassan, and the session was moderated by Asst. Dr. Rehab Salem Hanouf.
The workshop aimed to introduce the human resources system and its importance in improving functional and administrative performance. It also discussed the most important future challenges and reviewed ways to continuously improve the program.
The workshop also recommended adopting the digital transformation process, periodically updating systems across all educational institutions, providing ongoing training for staff, and enhancing cybersecurity
