The President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kallaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, inaugurated the female student complex affiliated with the Department of Internal Affairs at Al-Qadisiyah University after its rehabilitation as part of the major rehabilitation campaign launched by Al-Qadisiyah University. The ceremony was attended by the Administrative Assistant, a group of college deans, directors of administrative departments, the Construction Department, and the engineering staff supervising the campaign.
The opening included a tour of the public corridors, halls, and health complexes. The university president also delivered a speech in which he praised the efforts of the dormitory administration and its staff, as well as the efforts of the Construction and Projects Department. An open meeting was held with the students in a friendly evening atmosphere to hear about their needs and the housing challenges they face, and to develop effective solutions. The meeting also included a welcome to the Arab students accepted into the “Study in Iraq” program, emphasizing harmony with them and providing them with their necessary needs.
It is worth noting that the university presidency has launched a major campaign to rehabilitate the dormitory complexes for male and female students, as well as to build additional new complexes with modern specifications to meet the needs of students and accommodate their increasing numbers
