The College of Science at Al-Qadisiyah University organizes a training workshop on the Student Information System (SIS).

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Salwan Ali Al-Hamzawi, the College of Science organized a specialized training workshop on the Student Information System (SIS). The workshop was attended by Asst. M.M. Hassanein Mohammed Jaafar and Asst. M.M. Aqeel Thamer

The workshop aimed to raise the level of readiness of academic departments, curators, and those authorized to work on the SIS system, contributing to improved student data management and achieving the digital transformation sought by the Ministry of Higher Education.

The workshop included several topics, most notably the steps for declaring academic departments’ readiness for transfer, auditing academic programs and added courses, entering student data and registering them for prescribed courses, addressing common errors, deleting incorrect entries (academic programs, courses, academic history, student names), and preparing for the process of importing grades and transferring for the 2025-2026 academic year.
