The Department of Chemical Engineering at the College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific workshop entitled “How to Become a Successful Reviewer in Scientific Journals” in the Continuing Education Unit Hall. Professor Dr. Rafid Kazim Abbas lectured.
The workshop provided an in-depth overview of the process and mechanism of scientific evaluation of research submitted for publication in scientific journals, highlighting the significant benefits of research evaluation in raising the quality of publication. It also focused on the steps involved in research evaluation and the important points that reviewers must focus on to ensure accurate and objective scientific evaluation.
The workshop highlighted the pivotal role of the scientific reviewer in developing the research submitted for evaluation, by providing important feedback that adds significant value to the research and enhances its soundness.
