Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Summer Training Committee at the College of Veterinary Medicine discussed the summer training reports of the college students. Training began from July 1 to August 31, 2025, in the presence of committee members and training supervisors.
During the session, the students’ reports were reviewed regarding their practical training period at the teaching veterinary hospital. Discussions included an evaluation of field performance and the students’ level of benefit from the practical experience they gained during the training period.
The committee emphasized the importance of summer training in honing students’ skills and linking theoretical aspects with practical applications. It commended the students’ commitment and the follow-up of field supervisors. It also recommended strengthening cooperation with veterinary institutions and research centers to expand training opportunities in the coming years.
