Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Aqeel Rahim Hassan Al-Barqawi, the Registration Division at the College of Medicine held a workshop entitled “Introducing the SIS System and its Implementation Mechanisms” in Ibn Al-Baytar Hall. M.M. Kifah Kazim Jassim
This workshop was held in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Al-Qadisiyah University to adopt modern electronic systems for university information management, and in line with the College of Medicine’s plan to improve administrative and academic performance by integrating digital technologies into the work of all departments and units.
The workshop aimed to familiarize participants with the SIS system’s working mechanism as a platform for student affairs management. It also explained the steps for entering and updating data to ensure the accuracy and ease of access to information. It also aimed to enhance the capabilities of Registration Department staff in handling the system and addressing technical challenges. It also outlined the system’s future role in reducing paperwork and accelerating services provided to students.
