Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kallaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and in the presence of the Assistant President for Academic Affairs, Professor Dr. Sattar Abdul-Hassan Al-Fatlawi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Sattar Hamid Hamza Al-Janabi, the College of Education held its comparative evaluation conference for the academic years (2023-2024) and (2024-2025). The conference was held in the late Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Khazraji Hall in the Department of Mathematics. The conference was attended by the dean’s assistants, heads of academic departments, and a number of faculty and staff.
Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Hussein Hajim reviewed the conference’s highlights. The conference discussed various topics, including academic and scientific aspects, student affairs, scientific research, extracurricular activities, and quality and institutional development plans. The conference reviewed the most important achievements of the past academic year, comparing them with those achieved in the current year, to identify key points. Strengthening and strengthening it, identifying challenges, and developing appropriate solutions.
In his opening remarks, the Dean of the College emphasized that the conference represents an important step toward achieving the principle of self- and collective evaluation and enhancing academic and administrative performance in line with the University’s vision and mission of building a robust educational environment that keeps pace with scientific developments.
The conference concluded with a number of recommendations, most notably supporting scientific research and expanding the scope of robust publishing, developing the infrastructure for classrooms and laboratories, focusing on student activities, and monitoring the implementation of quality standards and academic accreditation, all of which contribute to raising the educational and pedagogical level of the College.
