The College of Nursing at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific symposium entitled “The Humanitarian Aspects Included in the Code of Sharia in Personal Status Matters of Ja’fari Jurisprudence.” Legal advisor Ali Abdul Hassan Sabit lectured.
The symposium aimed to shed light on the human dimension in Islamic texts and demonstrate how the Code embodies values that protect human dignity and call for mercy, justice, and social solidarity.
The symposium addressed several topics, most notably the humanitarian principles in the Code of Sharia and the role of Islamic texts in promoting the values of justice and equality, as well as the implications of the human aspect of Islamic rulings on reality. Social
